This policy covers payments for HRM Pro subscriptions.

Free trial

Every new company starts with a free trial, so you can try the service before paying.

Refunds

If you are not happy, write to us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewals and later payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Plan changes

A new plan starts when it is paid for. Unused time on the previous plan is not refunded in this version of the service.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
