Terms of Service

These terms apply when a company ("you") uses HRM Pro ("the service"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.

Your account

Keep sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for the users you invite and what they do in your account.

Your data

You own the data you put in the service. You confirm you are allowed to process your employees' data and have told them how it is used. You can export it at any time.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your next renewal. If a payment fails or a plan ends, the account becomes read-only until it is renewed; your data is kept.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, send spam, upload malware, or try to reach data of other companies.

Availability

We work to keep the service running and backed up, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Payroll and tax figures are calculated from the rules and data you set; please check them before paying salaries or filing returns.

Ending

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
